The reserve execution inplies on total acceptance of the rules below.
- The Cancelation orders must be sent in writing straight to reservation section by the e-mail:reservas@vivendadomar.com.br or by fax: 55 (12) 3884-5378
- If the guest doesn't attend on the foreseen booking date and doesn't notify either, the suite will be released as soon as the period equivalent as the set down importance. No importance refund.
- If the guest doesn't attend on the foreseen date or time for checking in, it won't be time extension neither check out time, even as it won't be refund the day(s) lost.
- If the guest doesn't want to come by any reason and wishes to change the paid period to another time, we will accept since it's informed 07 (seven) days in advance except holidays packages as New Year's Eve, Carnival, Easter etc., yet we won't accept a second extension neither refund any paid amount. The paid amount will be conceded as a credit to be used within 06 (six) months agreed by both parts.
- Cancellations ordered above 07 (seven) days will be 100% refund on accommodation credit.
- Cancellations ordered from 03 to 07 days will be 50% refund on accommodation credit.
- Cancellations ordered in less than 03 days won't have accommodation credit.
- If the guest arrives at the inn and doesn't want to stay by any reason, considering that the suite will be available to him/her, we won't refund any paid amount and the suite will be closed by the paid period.
- The amount of booked days are dealed as "packages", in other words, apart the amount of days totally used, it will be charged the full value foreseen on reservation. The days not used can be converted in credit on daily rates according to management's gauge.
- The credit on daily rates must not be used out of high season and long holidays within 06 (six) months. By written consent it also can be transferred to other people.
- Not attending at the forseen arrivals date without short notice will be considered "no show" (abandonment without cancellation). The vacancy will be kept until the first daily rate's maturity. After this period the booking will be cancelled (holding 100% the amout paid). No refund.
- In any fortuity that lead the guest to interrupt a engaged period (bad weather "rain", relative decease, health problems, return to work and others) we won't refund the paid amount and won't be given any credit about the difference of values either.
